The Alphe Conference involves face-to-face meetings of an half an hour each between advisors (who recruit and advise students) and educators (who want international students to attend their institution). Advisors is a generic term for businesses that find, help and advise students about studying overseas. They may charge the education institution a marketing fee or commission, or the student may pay the advisor for their services.
