2002 was a mixed year for our Taiwanese consultants, although overall, the mainstream education travel market stagnated.

High schools generally offered the highest commission rates, averaging 13.5 per cent

Average growth in university placements ranged from -30 per cent to 50 per cent in 2002 and averaged out at -1 per cent
