Spanish in

Latin America

Students wanting to study Spanish in Latin America have a wide variety of countries and schools to choose from. The institutions in this Course Guide represent a range of teaching facilities and locations, each of which offers a rewarding experience for language students.

Many language schools in Latin America offer extra-curricular activities, such as cooking and dancing, to ensure that students experience the true life and culture of their country, and many more provide excursions to local attractions and give students the chance to explore the local scenery.

Latin America is fast becoming a popular destination with students from Europe wanting to study Spanish in an exotic location, while its proximity to the USA means that the continent is also popular with US students. Key attractions include the diversity of its wildlife, a temperate climate, comparatively low rates of tuition and opportunities for further travel.
