Your advertisement needs to inform the reader, but more importantly it must convince them to contact you.

(4) Include in your advertisement:
- A contact name
- A tracking reference/code to monitor the advertisement's performance (ie. Dept 1)
- Telephone and fax numbers with country codes
- Email and web address
- A stand number if you are attending an upcoming exhibition
- A company logo, with repetition this will become synonymous with the advantages you offer
