Why join Meeting Manager?
In order to attend Alphe Conferences, you need to join Meeting Manager, which will make arranging meetings at the conference much easier. You can search the list of attendees for those that interest you and send them emails. If those attendees want to meet you, they will choose a meeting time from your Agenda and you will receive a confirmation email.

What you need to do.
  • Choose the appropriate button below and enter your details. You only need to do this once. You will be sent a username and password by email.
  • Then choose the conferences you wish to attend from the list. The organiser will then write to you and confirm your participation.
  • Four to six weeks before the conference, the organiser will inform you that Meeting Manager is ready to start arranging your meetings.

If you have used Meeting Manager before you do not need to register again.
Simply log in using your existing username and password.
You can apply and manage all conferences using these details.
If you have forgotten your details you can use the Forgot Your Password? feature.
