Join and use Meeting Manager to...
- Apply to attend Alphe Conferences and other conferences and workshops
- Arrange meetings at these conferences and workshops
- Request meetings with those attendees that interest you
What you need to do.
- Choose the appropriate registration below and enter your details.
- You only need to do this once for all conferences in Meeting Manager.
- Then choose the conferences you wish to attend from the list.
- The organiser will then write to you and confirm your participation
Four to six weeks before the conference, the organiser will inform you that Meeting Manager is ready to start arranging your meetings.

What is InTouch
InTouch is a new feature that has been added to Meeting Manager that allows you to network with your language and education travel industry colleagues . If you register on Meeting Manager an InTouch account will automatically be created for you.
What can you do in InTouch
- Upload photos of yourself and your school or agency
- Upload your brochures, special offers, news about you and your business
- Chat online using the chat facility
- After workshops or conferences keep in contact with people you have met
- Search for educators and agents and invite them to join your community
Only colleagues you invite into your community will be able to see your InTouch page.
