Global language school chain Eurocentres has unveiled its new online campus my.Eurocentres, offering study tools for students before, during and after their language course.

Launched in front of 150 agents at a road show in Brazil and initially available at Eurocentres’ UK schools, the tool allows students to take a pre-course language test, start working on a personal study plan and connect with future classmates before arrival.

During a stay, my.Eurocentres allows continuous online assessment and progress tracking and provides individual study recommendations and a personal learner profile, while students can also sign up for social activities online and interact with other learners. After returning home, students can complete a post-course study plan and have permanent access to their personal profile and network of classmates.

Michael C. Gerber, CEO of Eurocentres, said at the launch event, “my.Eurocentres not just increases students’ efficiency while learning a language, but also enhances and transforms the whole Eurocentres experience in a truly integrated way. This is what distinguishes my.Eurocentres from other platforms.”

Eurocentres said the service was still expanding with new mobile applications on the way, including the my.Words app, which will generate vocabulary reviews from classes.
