ANU transfers pathways to Study Group

The Australian National University (ANU) has announced that it has selected Study Group to take over the operations of ANU College, which provides English language and pathway courses for the university.

A statement from ANU said it had pursued the deal in order to further extend pathways to study at ANU by enhancing the scope of programmes offered to students and broadening the international students’ countries of origin.

The statement said, “The university believes that Study Group is well equipped to advance ANU College as it has a global perspective with expertise in the provision of English languages and pathway education, as well as international resources and infrastructure.”

The change of ownership is expected to occur on November 29. ANU confirmed in the statement that the college would continue to be known as ANU College and that there would be no change to staffing, the study programme, the campus location or the pathway status.

Study Group is an global provider of pathway programmes with university partnerships in Australia, Canada, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the UK and the US.
