The new Studioitalia Milan school will be located in the heart of the city, 20 minutes’ walk from the Expo Dome, and will feature six classrooms with interactive whiteboards, a reception area, a student lounge, a library, computers and wi-fi.

The Milan school will incorporate custom-made interior design features inspired by the cultural uniqueness of Italy’s centre of fashion and design, and venue of the Expo 2015 event.

Giuseppina Foti, General Manager of Studioitalia, said, “I am extremely confident that this new location will help us increase and improve our offer to students and agents alike, whilst helping us maintain the warm and professional environment which has always distinguished our school in Rome.”

Director of Studioitalia Rome, Fabio Boccio, said, “The increasing demand for Italian has caused the expansion, especially after winning the STM Star Award in 2013, so we have decided to offer a new opportunity in the great city of Milan, centre for fashion and design – a unique learning environment for international students who want to learn our language and the multifaceted aspects of its culture.”

Massimo Plaja, General Manager of the new Milan school, said, “We are continuously focused on satisfying the requests and wishes of our agents and students, and we are very confident about this new opening. Italian is at the moment the fifth language taught globally and it’s about to take the fourth position. We will help this change to happen.”

Studioitalia is currently organising a launch event for agents and partners at the new Milan centre on June 26, with courses set to commence from September.
