Based at the university’s Boca Raton campus and due to commence from January, the Navitas at Florida Atlantic University programme will offer undergraduate pathway and pre-master’s programmes across a range of disciplines, including accounting, arts and humanities, engineering, marketing and international business. Upon successful completion, students will be eligible to continue courses at FAU.

“Florida Atlantic University is a vibrant and dynamic institution that is committed to pursuing excellence in scholarship and teaching across its multiple sites,” said Rod Jones, Group CEO of Navitas.

“We are very pleased to be partnering with FAU to offer such an opportunity to international students, especially in the very welcoming state of Florida.”

Gary Perry, FAU Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, said, “Through this partnership and by increasing our geographic diversity, Florida Atlantic University will build on its status as the most diverse public university in the state of Florida.” He added, “We look forward to continuing to promote an exchange of ideas between cultures with the support of Navitas’ robust international student recruiting operations.”

FAU was opened by President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1964 and is part of Florida’s state university system. It teaches around 30,000 students across campuses in six counties and has approximately 600 international students currently.

Navitas provides 32 university pathway programmes in the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Sri Lanka. Other educational divisions of the company include creative media, professional education and English language training.
