Target English International, a specialist provider of junior summer programmes for ages 11-to-18 in the UK, has expanded its summer portfolio for 2015.

New centre additions include Eastbourne (Brighton University), Exeter University, Edinburgh Napier University, Hatfield (Hertfordshire University) and London City (Hackney College Shoreditch campus), bringing the total number of summer centres to 11.

“They have all been selected because they offer very high quality accommodation and facilities in (or close to) popular tourist destinations,” said James Hordon, Director of Target English International. “The Hatfield campus is currently undergoing a major redevelopment programme and will offer outstanding state-of-the-art facilities on a secure landscaped campus only 22 minutes by train from central London.”

Meanwhile, Edinburgh Napier University, will offer brand new high quality accommodation in an unbeatable city centre location, within walking distance of Edinburgh castle, the Royal Mile and other main tourist attractions.

All centres will offer 15 hours' English language tuition per week with the Trinity GESE exam included in the package price. The summer school package also includes several extras designed to enhance the overall student experience and add value for parents, said Hordon. Three full day excursions per two-week course and optional street dance and drama workshops led by specialist instructors have also been incorporated into provision at no extra charge.

“In summer 2015 we are launching our Activity and Excursion Workbooks to further enhance the sightseeing and cultural aspect of our programme,” added Hordon.

Target English International rebranded from ATC International last year.
