The International Language Academy of Canada has opened a new campus in Vancouver as it celebrates its 10th anniversary.

The new campus, located at 808 West Hastings in downtown Vancouver, is ILAC’s fourth campus in the city, and features 18 new classrooms, free high-speed wireless internet and a modern student lounge.

ILAC intends to utilise the new campus for exam preparation classes including Cambridge FCE and CAE, Ielts and Toefl, as well as pathway programmes.

“The new campus demonstrates our belief in top quality education for our students,” said Jonathan Kolber, ILAC Executive Director. “The facilities are designed in a modern, boutique style that offers an open concept atmosphere, ideal for learning and socialising. We are excited to greet our students in this beautiful location.”

Razi Shawahdeh, General Manager of ILAC Vancouver, said, “We are very excited about the opening of our brand new building. ILAC is committed to continuous upgrade and improvements to our services and facilities to maximise our students’ experience and exceed their expectations.”

The opening of the new campus coincided with the 10-year anniversary of ILAC opening its first centre in Vancouver, which was commemorated with a special ceremony (see StudyTravel Magazine’s Grapevine photo gallery section next week for images from the event).
