Special Report
Right of Return
With a number of school closures occuring in the early part of 2010, our Special Report in the February issue is more timely than ever we examine the issue of refunds and cancellation policy within the context of international education. What can a student do if they are forced to cancel their course, or what happens if their school closes while they are enrolled there? Language Travel Magazine investigates the variation of policy in place and discovers that many schools may have set rules in place, although they may do more in an attempt to ensure a student is satisfied in the event of a cancelled or curtailed trip. Meanwhile, membership of an industry association can mean greater safeguards for students.
