Our organisation, based in Montreux, is active in 11 countries with 15 regional managers and 28 consultancy points.

We are looking for an international sales manager to implement and carry out the commercial policy defined by the management for all of the geographic sectors, which includes: 

  • The fixing of objectives for the sales teams,
  • The coordination, organisation, management and monitoring of the sales force ;
  • The training of the language travel consultants ;
  • The follow-up of sales, commercial costs and the optimisation of profit margins ;
  • Competition review ;
  • The development and monitoring of our commercial processes with a view to ensuring quality ;
  • The development of our markets

The activity is carried out in close cooperation with marketing, after-sales service, the products deparment and HR.

The activity of training and the follow-up of quality implies carrying out frequent business trips on the field.

The implementation of our activity in new markets as well as the development of promotional partnerships are essential activities in the development of our markets.

This position requires:

  • an experience of several years in the management of sales teams
  • a professional experience abroad
  • strong competence as a team coordinator
  • experience as a trainer
  • the command of the languages of the group, that is French, English and two other languages of the group, a fifth language is an asset
  • having practice of process review or quality management
  • having carried out recruitment of sales teams
  • an ease with figures

Country Manager (agency) - Europe


Go Study Australia is looking for an experienced Country Manager to be based in Europe (various countries under consideration). The role has the following responsibilities:

- Set up agency office / offices.
- maintaining existing partnerships
- forming new partnerships
- selling Australian education
- managing marketing in local market
- working closely with Australian offices
- growing the business and delivering agreed targets
- developing the brand in Europe
- Reports to Australian based Managing Director

You will:
- be educated to degree level
- have a proven track record in sales & marketing
- have management experience
- be able to work autonomously
- be able to manage budgets
- be prepared to travel within Europe and to Australia

Sales & Marketing Position


Excel English is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing person to be based in our friendly school in North London.   You will be reporting directly to Judy Loren, the Principal, and your role will encompass the following -

  • helping to develop detailed marketing plans
  • maintaining existing agent partnerships
  • forming new partnerships
  • increasing the number of direct bookings
  • helping develop a new website
  • managing digital marketing & SEO
  • undertaking marketing trips in the UK and abroad
  • developing new marketing materials as required
  • researching new products and methods of delivery
  • growing the business and delivering agreed targets
  • developing the brand

The person we are looking for will –

  • be educated to degree level
  • will have a proven track record in sales & marketing
  • will have a friendly outgoing personality
  • will be able to work on his/her own initiative
  • must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and professionalism at all times
  • be prepared to travel extensively

Knowledge of languages and online media will also be a distinct advantage.
